Returns
Items purchased online may be returned within 7 business days of receipt for store credit or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Pieces that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
Repairs
Repairs are available for most pieces. Fees vary depending on the nature of the repair, and you will always be notified of any costs before work begins.
Typical repair services may include replacing broken components, creating a matching earring for a lost piece, or restoring damaged elements when possible.
